  Your Responsibility

  We provide each customer with a website which if fully functional and working. But e-Simple is not responsible for errors in the website which have been due to the modification of the website due to the users interaction of the website. If this was to happen e-Simple are more than happy to troubleshoot the problem and fix it, but at the expense of the customer with a call out fee. All call out fees are different in cost due to the differentiation in complexity, but a quote will be given before the problem is fixed.

  Payment Responsibilities

  e-Simple collect customer payments annually. Any customer who does not pay within a fortnight of the due date will result in their website being taken off the internet.
